Yolo is ready to roll-o into the USA Water Polo Junior Olympics.
Our 10 and under program swept into the Pacific Zone qualifier in June and fought our way to a surprising 3rd place finish in the co-ed division. We are now rolling into the national USA Water Polo Junior Olympic tournament as a 10th seed in the nation.
On Day 1, we will face two scrappy youth teams: Innis Arden and then Praetorian Water Polo Club from Fresno.
We can’t wait for the roller coaster ride of the biggest water polo tournament in the world. We will win some games. We will lose some games. But we know we will stick together as a team and hopefully end the competition loving the sport of water polo even more than we do right now!
Good luck to all the water polo teams! We compete in the most challenging sport in the world!
